To create a consistent clean every time for our clients we have developed a cleaning process that involves the following.

We the owners of Monarch Cleaning Solutions will carry out our own independent inspections in addition to those done by our Director of Operations. The QA is often a random visit so that we can inspect the cleaning of our team unannounced. This helps to identify areas for improvement as well as those areas that are in good condition.

The most important area of any organization is the management team and support infrastructure maintaining the day-to-day operations. As Owners of Monarch Cleaning Solutions we will be actively involved with all of our team onsite with ongoing communication regarding our cleaning process. All Monarch team members receive regularly training updates and consistent support from our management team.

All Monarch employees are required to complete WHMIS training. Our training program consists of a standard WHMIS course covering all required elements of WHMIS and final test. We continue to work with our suppliers to develop current information creating a healthy workplace for all of our employees.

Monarch maintains up to-date Material Safety Data Sheets. Our manuals are on site at every location and employees receive regular training for usage and storage.

Management of Monarch Cleaning Solutions is vitally interested in the health and safety of its employees. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. Monarch will make every effort to provide a safe, healthy work environment. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing risk of injury. Monarch Cleaning Solutions is ultimately responsible for worker health and safety. As Owner/Operators of Monarch Cleaning Solutions, I give you my personal promise that every reasonable precaution will be taken for the protection of workers. Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
