Lanca Contracting Ltd. - Riverview Poultry, Smithville ON - February 2013. Post Construction Cleaning of 1100 square feet.

Nautical Lands Group - Queensview Retirement Community, Paris ON - April 2013. Post Construction Cleaning of 58 000 square feet. 75 Units on three floors. Sealing and waxing VCT floors. Interior and Exterior window cleaning.

Silvercreek Commercial Builders - Beer Store, Brantford ON - May 2013 Post Construction Cleaning of 6700 square feet. Sealing and waxing of VCT floors. Interior and Exterior window cleaning. Concrete floor scrub and wash. Dusting of all furniture and fixtures.

Nautical Lands Group - Waterford Retirement Community, Waterford ON - April 2013 - Present. Post Construction Cleaning of 23 Units and Club House.

Lanca Contracting Ltd. – St. Joseph’s Church, Brantford ON – September 2013. Post Construction Cleaning of 1000 square feet. General cleaning of construction dirt, dust and debris. Interior and exterior window cleaning as well.

Fusion Homes – Kitchener ON – November 2013 – Present. Post Construction Cleaning of multiple sites for new homes in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and London.

KingWood Homes – December 2013 – Present. Post Construction Cleaning of 95 townhomes in Paris, ON. Also maintain Sales Trailer and Model on a weekly basis.

Nautical Lands Group – Goderich Retirement Community, Goderich ON – April 2014. Post Construction Cleaning of 64 units on 4 floors = 36,127 square feet with an additional 13,257 square feet which includes corridors, activity room, kitchen, hair salon, mechanical room, elevator room and storage room.

Van-Del Contracting Ltd. – Hankinson House Project, Brantford, ON – June 2014. Post Construction Cleaning of 25,615 square feet, sealing of 10,200 square feet of vinyl plank flooring and interior and exterior window cleaning completed.

Lanca Contracting Ltd. – SPC Office, Brantford, ON – September 2014. Post construction cleaning of 3800 square feet, sealing of all vct tile and interior window cleaning.

Lanca Contracting Ltd. – Fluid Life, Brantford, ON – October 2014. Post construction cleaning of newly renovated space. Scrub/Wash/Rinse of 2000 square feet of VCT floor followed by 2 coats of sealer and 2 coats of wax.

Lanca Contracting Ltd. – Ferras Residence, Brantford, ON – December 2014. Post Construction cleaning of 3000 square feet.

KingWood Homes – February 2015 – Present. Post Construction cleaning of two sites in Brantford. 99 lots on one site and a collection of townes and bungalows on the other site. Exterior window cleaning is completed on all of these homes by Monarch’s water fed pole system.

Arlington Hotel Paris – March 2015. Post Construction cleaning of Banquet Hall located in old Inksaters Building. All ductwork cleaned with scaffolding. Kitchen, bathrooms, bar area, stairwells cleaned. All interior and exterior windows cleaned using our water fed pole system.

Schembri Property Management – June 2015. Post Construction cleaning of Student Residence 36 962.95 Square Feet over four floors. Exterior Window Cleaning completed with waterfed pole system using pure water technology.

Nautical Lands Group – November 2015. Harvest Phase 2 Tillsonburg. Post Construction cleaning of 49 384 Square Feet, 64 units over four floors. Includes balconies and interior and exterior windows using traditional method of window cleaning and waterfed pole for the exterior windows. Sealing and waxing of VCT flooring.

Country Green Homes – Kitchener ON – November 2015 – Present. Post Construction Cleaning and model home cleaning in Kitchener & Waterloo.
